The role
Elitebrain.ai's client needs experienced finance professionals to design multi-step accounting tasks and grading criteria that evaluate AI systems. It's project-based contract work, paid per approved task, open to candidates in any country.
What you'll do
- Design multi-step finance tasks based on real FP&A, reporting and audit workflows
- Write detailed instructions, supporting files and measurable outcomes for each task
- Develop objective grading criteria so reviewers can score results consistently
- Build Excel sheets, ledger extracts and financial statements as task material
- Review assignments for ambiguity and deliver them by project deadlines
What they're looking for
Must-haves
- 5+ years hands-on in finance, accounting, FP&A, reporting or audit
- Direct responsibility for financial processes, not only supervisory roles
- Advanced Excel, including data validation and reconciliations
- Experience with audit programs, review checklists or month-end close
- Written and spoken English at B2 or C1 level
Nice to have
- CPA, CA, ACCA, CMA or equivalent certification
- Experience preparing financial training materials or audit documentation
- Exposure to AI training or LLM evaluation
