The role
Elitebrain.ai is hiring experienced HR professionals as project-based contractors to design realistic HR tasks that evaluate AI systems. Work is flexible, fully remote and open to candidates in any country.
What you'll do
- Design realistic HR tasks from real payroll, workforce planning and policy work
- Turn HR workflows into structured assignments with clear, measurable outcomes
- Set objective evaluation criteria so results can be scored consistently
- Prepare supporting materials like policies, payroll reports and agreements
- Resolve ambiguities that could undermine evaluation accuracy
What they're looking for
Must-haves
- 5+ years hands-on in HR or People Operations
- Direct payroll, workforce planning, policy or employee lifecycle experience
- Experience with structured HR processes, checklists or compliance frameworks
- Comfort working across spreadsheets, HR reports and employment agreements
- English at B2 minimum (C1 preferred)
Nice to have
- HR certification such as SHRM, PHR or CIPD
- Experience building HR training materials or quality evaluation frameworks
- Exposure to AI evaluation or LLMs
