The role
Pliant needs a Head of Product to own customer onboarding and credit products, managing PMs and reporting to the CPO. The role is strategic but hands-on, and it's remote within the EU.
What you'll do
- Define product strategy for onboarding and credit infrastructure across 25+ markets
- Lead and grow the PMs covering compliance and credit products
- Drive initiatives with Compliance, Risk, Engineering, Operations and GTM
- Oversee integrations with KYC/KYB/AML providers and credit bureaus
- Set KPIs for onboarding success, time-to-approve and credit exposure
What they're looking for
Must-haves
- 8+ years in product management, 3+ of them managing PMs
- B2B fintech track record, ideally credit decisioning or compliance
- Experience with KYC/KYB, AML or credit risk workflows
- Technical grounding in APIs, architecture and platform design
- Fluent English
