The role
ElevenLabs is building Creative Agents so people can make audio, image and video without becoming prompting experts. You'll join a small team owning features across frontend, backend, agent architecture and infrastructure.
What you'll do
- Design and build agent-powered features from frontend to backend and data storage
- Develop agent capabilities, model orchestration and async generation workflows
- Run the infrastructure behind them, improving quality through evals and monitoring
- Own a problem area from prototype to deployment and ongoing operation

Must-haves
- Strong frontend and backend skills, with complete production apps built independently
- Experience designing UIs, backend services, APIs and data models
- Hands-on cloud infrastructure, deployment, async processing, testing and observability
- Evidence of end-to-end ownership and strong product judgement
- Clear communication on ambiguous problems, from design to shipping
Nice to have
- Production agents, evaluations or MCP integrations
- Creative editors or multimodal products
- Experience in a small, fast-moving team
