The role
ClickHouse needs someone to run the infrastructure behind its courses, labs and certification exams, and to lead the Learning team's use of GenAI. You'll build tooling that gets new content out faster and gives students AI-powered help.
What you'll do
- Run the Content-as-Code infrastructure: PR previews, automated releases, course checks
- Lead the Learning team's adoption of GenAI for faster course creation
- Design and build AI-powered agents and tools for students
- Write provisioning and grading scripts for hands-on certification exams
- Build observability and analytics for all learning tools and lab environments
What they're looking for
Must-haves
- 5+ years of technical curriculum development on databases or distributed systems
- 3+ years in technical education infrastructure or DevOps, such as lab environments
- 3+ years building certification infrastructure, including grading scripts
- Scripting and automation skills: infrastructure as code, CI/CD, GitHub
- Experience with ML or GenAI for content generation, tooling and agents
Nice to have
- SQL or ClickHouse experience
- Cloud experience with AWS, GCP or Azure
- Technical degree such as Computer Science
