The role
ElevenLabs is looking for a backend-leaning full-stack engineer to join the small team behind its live Creative Agents in ElevenCreative. You'll own work from agent infrastructure through to the customer-facing experience.
What you'll do
- Build production agents and extend them with prompts, tools, orchestration and MCP
- Design and run reliable backend systems for long-running creative generation
- Develop shared evaluations and live quality monitoring for image and video outputs
- Own features end to end, from prototype to production support

Must-haves
- Strong backend skills and experience operating production systems
- Sound grounding in APIs, cloud infrastructure, storage and async processing
- Hands-on experience building agents, including prompts, tools and evaluations
- Independent end-to-end ownership, including frontend delivery when needed
- Good product judgement and clear communication
Nice to have
- Experience with multimodal generation or creative editors
- Experience with MCP
- Experience in a small, fast-moving team
