The role
ElevenLabs is hiring a backend-leaning full-stack engineer for its Payments team, which owns billing, usage tracking and pricing. You'll migrate enterprise pricing and usage processing without disrupting customers.
What you'll do
- Build usage tracking that meters requests accurately without hurting latency
- Lead the migration of enterprise pricing and usage processing
- Add new payment providers and ways for customers to upgrade and pay
- Work with Finance and Tax on compliance, audit and reporting needs
- Debug complex customer billing scenarios across logs and code
