The role
Oddin's Corwyn team needs an engineer to integrate its sportsbook products on client platforms and support international B2B customers. You'll coordinate between customers' IT teams and Corwyn's product, development and sales teams.
What you'll do
- Integrate and support sportsbook products on customers' platforms
- Work with customer IT teams and internal product, dev and sales teams
- Communicate directly with international B2B customers
- Troubleshoot, escalate and resolve customer issues
- Write and maintain technical documentation and a knowledge base

Must-haves
- Knowledge of the sports betting industry and how sportsbook products work
- Technical education or equivalent experience
- Proficient English
- Experience with technical support or sales operations
- Basic understanding of web technology and communication protocols
Nice to have
- Basic HTML, CSS and programming knowledge
- XML, JSON, API and database knowledge
- Other languages besides English
