The role
ElevenLabs is building a dedicated enterprise engineering team for ElevenCreative. You'll work with customers and decide whether to build bespoke integrations or product improvements for everyone.
What you'll do
- Talk to enterprise customers and turn their asks into real requirements
- Decide between bespoke integrations and product improvements
- Build integrations, APIs and enterprise features like SSO and access control
- Ship end-to-end with little direction and no PM
- Unblock enterprise deals for ElevenCreative

Must-haves
- Customer-facing engineering as a forward-deployed, solutions or founding engineer
- Experience presenting to enterprise clients at a B2B startup
- Strong full-stack product engineering skills
- Comfort with APIs, auth, SSO, access control and security reviews
- Able to work European time zones, flexible for customer needs
Nice to have
- Localization or TMS integration experience
- Brand or marketing tooling experience
- Adtech experience
