The role
EverAI is hiring a senior Rails engineer to build and scale its AI companionship product, working with the CTO, product and engineering teams. You'll help shape the roadmap and have time to run experiments.

- Review project specs with the Product Manager
- Prepare integration plans, break-downs and estimations
- Write, test and review code through hands-on PRs
- Help define the roadmap and run experiments with new ideas
