The role
ElevenLabs is hiring a full-stack engineer for Productions, its managed services arm for dubs and audiobooks. You'll own a scope across the human data platform, the core productions engine or the Rust editor platform.
What you'll do
- Own a scope in the human data platform, production engine or editor platform
- Ship new task editors and metrics behind higher-quality labelling pipelines
- Build and maintain backend services that run production workflows
- Build professional editing tools in Rust that combine UI systems with the underlying system
- Lead projects as opportunities arise

- Strong backend engineering, ideally in functional languages like Rust
- Full-stack focus on designing UI systems
- Shipped and run production systems end to end
- Experience making internal platforms, workflow engines or data pipelines reliable and scalable
- Based in Europe or US East Coast, working GMT-5 to GMT+1

- Experience building editor or UI-heavy professional tools
