The role
TestGorilla needs a renewals specialist to take self-serve and mid-market customers from quote to signed order. You'll work alongside AI agents that handle routine tasks, while you take the negotiations and tricky cases.
What you'll do
- Own renewals from first quote to signed order for self-serve and mid-market accounts
- Guide customers through plan changes and the move to usage-based pricing
- Work cancellation and dispute cases through retention and refund guidelines
- Check and correct AI agents' work before it reaches customers
- Keep every renewal, plan change and dispute accurately logged in the CRM

Must-haves
- Experience managing renewals and negotiations at scale in CS, AM or Sales
- Hands-on automations or agentic workflows built in n8n, Zapier or similar
- Fluent English and Spanish, written and spoken
- Available for customer calls during US business hours
- Calm, clear handling of high case volume and tough conversations
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Chargebee, Zendesk, HubSpot, n8n, Jira or Confluence
- Experience with usage-based or credit-based SaaS pricing
