The role
Analogue Insight needs a recruiter to own full-cycle hiring of Senior, Staff and Senior Staff engineers in semiconductor design. You'll recruit across the UK, Europe, Canada, Armenia, India and Taiwan.
What you'll do
- Run end-to-end hiring for analog, mixed-signal, digital and layout engineers
- Map and engage passive talent at fabless firms, foundries and EDA vendors
- Screen candidates on SerDes, ADC/DAC and FinFET experience before interviews
- Advise on offers, negotiate and close candidates across employee, EOR and contractor models
- Manage the ATS, hiring metrics and specialist recruitment agencies
What they're looking for
Must-haves
- 5+ years technical recruiting, 3+ in semiconductor design hiring
- Track record filling Senior and Staff analog, digital and layout roles
- Working grasp of IC design flow, SerDes, PLLs, ADC/DAC and FinFET
- Experience hiring internationally for remote teams, including EOR and contractors
- Expert sourcing with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
Nice to have
- HiBob ATS experience
- Network across Europe, UK, India, Armenia, Canada or Taiwan
- Start-up experience building a hiring function early
