The role
OKX needs a senior recruiter to lead talent acquisition for corporate, legal, compliance and risk roles as it expands across EMEA. You'll report to the Head of Talent Acquisition and design hiring processes from the ground up.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end hiring strategy for legal, compliance, risk and operations teams
- Run sourcing campaigns to close senior passive talent across EMEA
- Handle senior offers, equity and token incentive structuring, and negotiations
- Map competitors and advise leadership on talent trends and salary benchmarks
- Coach hiring managers and interview panels on structured assessment
What they're looking for
Must-haves
- 6+ years of full-lifecycle talent acquisition in corporate, fintech or search
- Track record closing senior passive talent in finance, banking or fintech
- Knowledge of EMEA hiring rules, notice periods, and FTE vs contractor or EOR
- Hands-on use of recruitment metrics and funnel analytics
- Strong stakeholder management and executive presence
Nice to have
- Familiarity with EMEA fintech, banking and Web3 ecosystems
- Knowledge of regulation such as MiCA, PSD2/PSD3, FCA and BaFin
- Experience recruiting in a globally distributed, multilingual organization
